The error appeared when I have tried to add an expired profile onto the Apple device using Apple Configurator 2. This is because downloaded profiles are valid for only 14 days. In order to download a new profile navigate to portal.azure.com and click on Microsoft Intune | Device Enrollment | Apple enrollment | Apple Configurator Select the wanted profile and Click on the Export profile button. Error: Profile Installation Failed. Connection to the server could not be established.This error message can indicate a few different issues. Scenario 1Your Intune tenant is configured to only allow corporate-owned devices. Solution:
Scenario 2You are enrolling a device that was previously enrolled with a different user account, and the previous user was not appropriately removed from Intune. Solution:
Note If enrollment still fails, remove cookies in Safari (don't block cookies), then re-enroll the device. Scenario 3The device is already enrolled with another MDM provider. Solution:
Scenario 4The user who is trying to enroll the device does not have a Microsoft Intune license. Solution:
